E-Commerce Customer Service
Job Responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for the company's customer service for its e-commerce platforms
2. Answer customers' questions related to the products, logistics, or refunds in quick and timely manner
3. Communicate and handle customers' pre or after-sales issues
4. Process product returns or exchanges by proper communication with logistics and ensuring timely deliveries
5. Coordinate promotion plans with offline stores
Job Qualifications:
1. Familiar and experienced with online shopping and its common rules, particularly for TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada
2. Proficient in office suite
3. Positive personality, work well under stress, good communication skills, strong attention to detail, and adaptable

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
