Project Architect

Responsibilities: • Involving in the planning and design coordination process from conceptual design, zoning layout planning, room interaction process, material interaction process to construction and completion within the established budget, schedule and quality standards. • Coordinate with project stakeholders; clients, consultants, local authorities, sub-contractors, suppliers, etc. to ensure the quality of work is up to specified requirements. • To review on design layouts/details on safety, practicality, cost efficiency, aesthetic value, functionality and customer's experience by Consultant. • Review project drawings to identify and avoid conflicts between different discipline drawings. • Attend all Client, consultant, or sub-contractor meetings as required to ensure the successful delivery of the project. • Assist in getting all building permitting during pre-cons stage and building certifications including CCC. • Report and escalate to management as needed. • Perform other related duties as assigned. Requirements: • Bachelor's Degree in Architectural Studies. • Minimum 2 years' experience in Project Management (in the construction industry) • Willing to travel and possess own transport. • Good skill and knowledge of AutoCAD or any 2D drafting software. • Good communication and writing skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English • Multi-tasking, problem-solving skills and being a team player. • Knowledge of Architectural material and design related for building construction works. • Knowledge on authority submission process and basic architectural related authority architectural requirements.
