Jobs Description:
- To handle and carry out the day-to-day department and operation administration tasks.
- To prepare correspondence, letters, presentation materials, and emails.
- Prepare the purchase order, payment request, and other documentation.
- Maintain records of the department attendance, leave records, overtime claims and leaves.
- Assist to key in parts order, filling documents and admin paper work.
- To handle department ISO documents and reports.
- Responsible on tracking documents before submitting it to the related department.
- Managing telephone inquiries and incoming calls.
- Maintain and upkeep a proper administrative record.
- To assist in any task as and when required
- To support company events and other activities as and when required
Jobs Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Administration or any related field.
- At least 1 year(s) working experience in the related field is required for this post.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Ms. Excel and Words.
- Good writing and typing in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Able to perform with minimum supervision and independent.
- Able to work under pressure and to meet tight schedule & deadline.
- Able to assist and perform job in multitasking works minded.
- Multi-tasking, customer service oriented and communicate well with all level of people.
- Fresh graduates will be considered (on job training will be provided)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
