Responsibilities:
· Perform thorough interviews and evaluations for managerial and senior-level applicants, employing advanced interviewing techniques and assessment instruments
· Collaborate with our research team to devise creative sourcing strategies, ensuring a steady stream of highly qualified candidates
· Stay abreast of market trends and recruitment technologies to incorporate industry best practices into talent acquisition
· Utilize data-driven approaches to monitor recruitment metrics, striving for continual improvement in the recruitment process
· Receive commission for successfully matching candidates to positions
Requirements
· Proven experience in recruitment, either in a Human Resources department or at a recruitment firm
· A track record of successfully identifying and evaluating talent for managerial and senior-level positions
· Demonstrates proactive and independent behavior, exhibiting qualities such as energy, intelligence, and resourcefulness
· Possesses operational management experience along with a strategic problem-solving approach
· Exhibits a professional demeanor that can impress clients and partners globally
· Enjoys engaging with new companies and individuals on a global scale, while also being adept at promoting and selling solutions and services.
Qualifications
· Minimum requirement of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a relevant field
· Proven experience of at least 1 years in recruitment
· Experience in negotiation is required, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and Slides
