Production Manager

Industry : Thermal Insulation Rubber Manufacturer This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Manager, located near Taman Sentosa, Klang. As a Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the production department of Superlon Worldwide to ensure the timely delivery of highest quality products to our customers. You will work collaboratively with the other members of the team to implement production plans. You will also be responsible for ensuring that production processes are optimized to improve efficiencies while minimizing costs. Responsibilities - Monitor daily production activity - Coordinate with planning team on the right type of products and quantities to manufacture. - Handling local and foreign production worker on production line. - Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules - Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance - Check production output according to specifications - Submit reports on performance and progress - Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements - Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures - Working together with production and factory team to cope any production related issue Qualifications - Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field. - Minimum 5 years’ experience in production - Familiarity with Microsoft Office and AutoCount Accounting System. - Fluent in speaking & writing of English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin - Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to analyze complex issues and provide practical solutions. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to work effectively in a team environment. - Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is a plus.
