Sales Manager

• Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
• Maintenance and in-depth management of B2B customers
• Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
• Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
• Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones
• Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
• Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
• Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
• Assist headquarters in developing sales policy and business process
• Be forward-looking to industry trends and customer orientation, and be able to provide constructive development direction and suggestions to the company

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree or above in any field
• Experience in sales, marketing or related field.
• Experience in an e-commerce platform will be advantage
• Ability to manage complex project and multi-task
• Excellent organizational skills
• English as the working language, Mandarin is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM6,500.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
