• Oversee activities that are related to High tension electrical works with the compliance to Energy Commission of Malaysia. • To lead and manage the maintenance team in ensure the smooth running of all the plant electrical matter (BO 33KV). • To carry out daily inspection and monitoring for HT and LV switchboards, bus-ducts, transformers, switchgears and TNB supply. • Carry out schedule inspections and testing of standby generator, fire pump, sump pump and others. • Supervise external contractor’s works or service and monitor their performance. • Carry out in-house electrical works including maintenance, inspection and testing as assigned by the management. • Manage and maintain effectiveness of plant facilities and utility systems which includes Power Plant, Building Centralized Air-condition Plant and any related machineries for all assets including building maintenance, Preventive Maintenance plant housekeeping, and compound cleanliness. • Monitor and give feedback on cost control measure of facilities equipment without effecting the equipment efficiency and productivity. • Ensure of a proper preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance and any improvement activities for plant and machineries in according to Company Standard Operation Procedure and any related regulatory compliance. • Ensure of proper documentation and record keeping according to Company Standard Operation Procedure and any related regulatory compliance. • Take part in yearly budget by preparing and understanding budget for Property Management on yearly basis and agreeing to, and managing an approved budget. • Liaise with utilities provider or government regulatory bodies such as TNB, Energy Commission, on utility services and compliance issue from time to time and to ensure all laws and regulations related to electrical system and installation are complied with the Authority. • Implement and ensure of safe and good practice for all mechanical and electrical activity. • Ensuring that all work is performed in accordance with the requirements of Health and Safety and any other relevant legislation and the contract services Code of Practice. • Plan and organize for an Effective Energy Management programme by preparing and monitoring energy usage pattern that related to Mechanical system and Electrical System in the building by identify, prioritize and verify improvements. • Undertaking any other duties appropriate to the post objectives as required by management.
