  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

You will play an important role in:- - Manages daily work request and repairs with respect to Facility & Building. - Oversee & execute the PM tasks timely and accurately based on the yearly schedule approved by the Facility manager. - Ensure each task that are outsource to vendors are performed to the expectation and requirements set by the Facility manager. - Ensure documents/ service reports / open issues are properly filed and labeled for easy access and reference. - Liaise with respective local authority and take necessary actions to be in breadth with local regulation compliance. - Constant update of internal WI /SOP to be in line with changes or update of the local regulation. - Support ISO and HESS documentations and field work actions. - Manages CF /permit/ license of regulatory bodies such as Bomba/JKKP/DOE/Suruhanjaya Tenaga/ misc. - Constantly find ways to reduce energy consumption in the plant pertaining to the Facility and Building. To be successful in this role, you will need to have:- - Work experience & undertaking role in Facility & Building of manufacturing plant. - Technical /industrial certificate or diploma from technical institution - Charge-man certificate endorsed by Energy Commission. --> Technical 1. Expert in electrical system & building management. 2. Able to read and interpret plant layouts, electrical schematic diagram, Bomba passive & active drawing etc. 3. Skillful in Microsoft Word / Excel etc. and computerized maintenance system. 4. Knowledge of health & safety practices and regulations 5. Skill in AutoCAD or any 2D drawing software is an added advantage. --> Non-Technical 1. Excellent communication & interpersonal skills 2. Safety procedures 3. Project / vendor management --> Leadership 1. Excellent planning and leadership abilities. Experience: - Facilities maintenance: 5 years (Required) - managing Facility & Building in Manufacturing plant: 5 years (Required)
