Heng Sheng Hardware is seeking a dedicated and friendly Customer Service cum Admin to join our retail team! If you have a passion for helping customers and enjoy administrative tasks, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist in issuing sales orders, delivery orders (DO), and invoices.
  • Liaise with the delivery team to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
  • Help customers with their inquiries, including exchanges, repairs, and member point redemptions.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to solve problems and handle customer issues effectively.
  • Proficient in basic administrative tasks and software (e.g., MS Word, Excel).
  • Previous experience in customer service or retail is a plus.

Working Days/Time:

  • Monday - Friday: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm
  • Saturday: 8:30 am - 1:00 pm
