Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities:-

· Generating sales revenue through new and existing customers.

· Resolves customer complaints and other matters.

· Develop and maintain sales material and current product knowledge.

· Provide timely feedback to manager regarding customer feedback.

· To monitor customer’s needs and fulfil requirements.

· To coordinate with production department concerning customer’s requirements, product quality and supply situation.

· To work closely with Sales Manager together with sales team for marketing activities.

Job Specification:-

· Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or a Bachelor’s Degree on any field.

· Knowledge in Microsoft work, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office

· Good in communication skills, including a clear, confident speaking voice and a friendly rapport with customers.

· Strong persuasiveness and good communication skills, relationship building, influencing and negotiating skills.

· Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
