Head of Radio Imaging

Requirements:

1. Diploma/ Degree in related field

2. Minimum 5 years experience in Radiology

3. Minimum 2 years experience in Management Works

4. Good interpersonal skill, friendly and helpful to patient, physician and staff.

5. Able to perform multitask, leads and delegate to subordinates.

Key Responsibilities:

1. To involve in planning, organizing, managing and develop the Imaging Department to serve the need of all specialties in hospital.

2. To manage the manpower of the department.

3. To ensure all staff is adequate and fully trained and they are competent to perform their duties.

4. To plan, develop, guide and monitor staff performance yearly KPI.

5. To ensure all imaging supplies are maintained and adequate at all time.

6. To ensure all equipment is services timely to ensure in good condition as per the requirements from the authorities.
