Technician

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, repair, and upkeep of our equipment, facilities, and systems in the hotel building. This role requires hands-on technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to maintenance tasks. Key Responsibilities -Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment and systems. -Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues. -Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs. -Install, troubleshoot, and maintain machinery and building systems. -Maintain accurate records of work performed, including reports and documentation. -Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards. -Collaborate with other team members to address and resolve technical challenges. -Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings in maintenance operations Qualifications and Requirements -Education: Diploma or certification in mechanical, electrical, or related technical field (preferred). -Experience: Minimum 1 year of proven experience in maintenance or a similar role. -Proficiency in using tools and diagnostic equipment. -Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. -Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. -Physical ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting and working in confined spaces If you are a dedicated professional with a passion for technical excellence, we’d love to hear from you!
