Site Quantity Surveyor

We are an established ISO 9001-2015 certified Construction Company in Subang Jaya are now looking for highly talented and committed individuals who have the following qualifications and experience to join our Company. SITE QUANTITY SURVERYOR Job Responsibilities: • To prepare and submit progress claims and final accounts to client. • To prepare project budget and cash flow including provisional for environmental and safety and health. • To prepare materials schedule including wastage monitoring, interim claims, and variation order. • To evaluate progress claims and final accounts from subcontractors. • To attend site meeting. • To advise Project Manager on contractual matters. • To liaise with consultants and clients. • To carry out the recommended advance to subcontractors pending finalization of subcontractors’ payment certificates. • To take-off quantities from drawings and prepare bill of quantities. • To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior. Job Requirements: • Candidate must possess at least Degree or Diploma in quantity surveying or its equivalent. • Minimum 2 years of working experience in similar capacity. • Able to take-off quantities and prepare cost estimates and budgets • Has basic knowledge in contractual matters. • Familiar with quality and project management systems implementation. • Able to work independently, possess initiative and responsible. • Able to work under pressure with least supervision. • Site location : Tanjung Lumpur, Kuantan
