#1 Job Resource Scheduling and Optimization • Reviewing and following up on individual job timelines • Collaborate with project manager for updates on projects. • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. • Managing resources (Human, parts, tools, production flow) to decrease time, improve quality, profitability. • Making sure common parts are ordered/fabricated ahead of time to reduce impact on schedule • Keeping production areas well organized and clean. • Managing QC and Customer Servicing Issues to ensure products/processes are improved for best quality. #2 External Business Coordination • Communicate with and follow up on external parties (governments, grants, partners like UN) as required. • Improve networking with these and other potential partners. • Help provide coordination of Marketing efforts. • strategically analyze what customers, products and services are key to our success, and help put them together.
