Job Summary: As a Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm welcome and ensuring their dining experience begins on a positive note. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting guests upon arrival, managing reservations, escorting guests to their tables, and assisting with seating arrangements to ensure efficient table turnover. Responsibilities: • Warmly greet guests, initiating positive experiences upon arrival. • Provide detailed information on menu, specials, and amenities, aiding informed decisions. • Efficiently manage reservations and seating arrangements, minimizing waiting times. • Liaise effectively with various departments, including the kitchen, service staff, and management, to coordinate guest seating, special requests, and any other requirements. Maintain clear and open communication channels to facilitate seamless operations. • Exemplify outstanding customer service at all times, actively listening to guest inquiries and addressing concerns promptly and professionally. • Promote brand values and offerings to guests, fostering repeat visits and positive recommendations. • Handle guest complaints and conflicts with diplomacy and tact, seeking swift resolution while maintaining professionalism and discretion. Escalate complex issues to management as needed, providing detailed insights and suggestions for improvement.
