TECHNICAL EXPERT

-Maintenance and repair engineers focus on the optimization of equipment, procedures, machineries and infrastructure. They ensure their maximum availability at minimum costs. -Ensure production equipment operates efficiently by supervising and performing equipment maintenance on a daily basis. -Supervise the daily, weekly and monthly preventive maintenance inspections, conduct safety compliance inspections and maintains records of the production equipment. -Conduct training for our workers about the new machinery and assemble the new machines from China -Perform and instruct personnel in equipment start-up procedures and machine operation. -Purchase service of components use in the repair and preventive maintenance or equipment and facilities. -Analyzes equipment failures, determine cause and make necessary adjustment and repairs. -Seek new technologies and automation opportunities in lowering the overall cost of manufacturing. -Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance of facility as needed. -Responsible for facilities maintenance. -Inspect the equipment, structures or materials to identify the cause of errors or other problems and defects.
