TECHNICAL ASSISTANT

1. Assist the Project Team to monitor the project site progress and ensure that the project is implemented according to schedule. 2. Assist Project Team to monitor & ensure the project is in general compliance with drawings and specifications and carry out site visits, site audits, quality control tests, and site inspection and checking to ensure compliance to quality standards and contract requirements. 3. To assist Project Team in the preparation of monthly progress reports and any ad-hoc reports if required. 4. To highlight possible technical problems on-site and report to Project Engineer. 5. To assist and report to Project Team on the project physical status and compliance with the approved quality assurance (QA)/quality control (QC) procedures. 6. To carry out spot checks (if required) at the work site for compliance and notify the Project Engineer of any non-compliance with the contract. 7. To assist Project Team to verify all testing and commissioning procedures and ascertain that these are performed by qualified testing personnel and carried out in compliance with applicable standards. 8. To assist the Project Team to verify the handover procedures and ascertain that these are performed by RET/Contractor as per approved procedures. 9.
