DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales
- In house serves customers by selling products and meeting customer needs, dealing with customer requests and providing quotations.
- Services the existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedules to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
- Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as weekly work plans, and monthly sales report
- Resolves customer complaints and provides after-sales service.
Administrative
- Handling daily operation such as job scheduling and progress monitoring duties.
- Generate daily sales records and collections.
- Conducting research on potential products, vendors, and services, and comparing price and quality to ensure the best deal.
- Supporting regular office operations, entertaining phone calls inquiries, Job delegation and subordinates supervision.
Coordination
- Collaborate with Delivery and Store team to ensure seamless delivery and shipping arrangement.
- Collaborate with Workshop team to update job details and follow up job progress
General
- Sales entries reconciliation and checking processing Follow up and liaise with internal section
- Support regular office operations if required
- To carry out all the assignments as per required by management from time to time Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a related field, demonstrating a strong understanding of administrative and sales support functions.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in computer applications, including familiarity with SQL Computer Software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Independence: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, showing initiative in completing tasks accurately and on time.
- Punctuality: Strong time management skills, punctuality, and reliability in meeting deadlines and commitments.
- Professionalism: Possess a positive working attitude, good personality, and a strong sense of responsibility, self-discipline, and dedication to work.
- Communication Proficiency: Conversational fluency in English, Malay, and Mandarin for effective team and client interaction.
