JOB SUMMARY: As a Customer Care Consultant, you'll chat live with customers, greet them warmly, solve their problems, and handle inquiries.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Chat professionally with customers via live chat, handling both inbound and outbound tasks.
  • Use Service Requests and Trouble Tickets to escalate complaints or requests.
  • Recommend products and upgrades to customers.
  • Help keep customers who want to downgrade their services.
  • Meet productivity goals while providing top-notch customer service.
  • Take on other tasks as needed by your manager.
  • Hit your individual and team goals (KPIs).

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree/Diploma with 6 months to 2 years of experience.
  • Previous customer service experience, especially in a call center, is a plus.
  • Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Tamil & Mandarin.
  • Positive attitude, detail-oriented, trustworthy, ethical, and focused on your goals.
  • Strong customer service skills: attentive, empathetic, patient, consistent, persuasive, and great at communicating.
  • Comfortable working under pressure and on rotating shifts (9 AM – 12 AM), including weekends and public holidays.
  • Must have your own transportation; immediate availability is preferred.
