Position Overview: Personal Assistant Executive supports senior executives by managing their schedules, communications, and administrative tasks to enable them to focus on strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities: Administrative Support: Maintain the executive’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements. Organize and maintain files, ensuring easy accessibility. Prepare reports, memos, and presentations as required. Meeting Coordination: Plan, organize, and take minutes during meetings. Ensure all required materials and resources are prepared in advance. Communication Management: Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and letters on behalf of the executive. Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders. Travel Arrangements: Organize and manage domestic and international travel itineraries. Handle logistics, such as flight bookings, hotel accommodations, and transportation. Confidentiality Management: Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality. Maintain professional discretion in all dealings. Office Management Support: Oversee office supplies and equipment maintenance. Coordinate with vendors for office-related services. Preferred Qualifications and Experience Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field. Experience: 2–5 years of experience in a similar role supporting senior management or executives. Language Skills: Proficiency in English Other Requirements: Professional demeanor, resourcefulness, and ability to anticipate the needs of executives.
