Restaurant Name: Bluedome Botanica / Food Avenue Location: Sapura@Mines / Subang Part time minimum working hour: 6 hours Operation time: 6:30 am - 6:00 pm Working day: Monday - Friday Benefits: • Training Provided • Friendly working environment Waiter/ Server Responsibility/Job Scope: • Greet customers, record orders, and serve food and beverages with a consistently positive and helpful attitude, including answering questions about the menu • Input orders into a point-of-sale system and accept payment using a credit card reader or cash register, calculating change accurately and quickly as required. • Use machinery such as blenders, and espresso machines to create customized hot and cold beverages to customers’ preferences. (training will be provided) • Ensure restaurant cleanliness daily by clearing tables, and follow cleaning guidelines prepared by the manager • Handle guests’ concerns and complaints professionally and calmly to resolve problems according to restaurant policy. • Maintain a neat and tidy appearance by wearing a uniform and adhering to food safety regulations Commis Responsibility/Job Scope • Clean and sanitize dishes, cookware, and utensils • Clean and sanitize food preparation work stations • Assist in the food preparation process by cutting, chopping, slicing, and washing vegetables, meats, and other ingredients • Follow all food health and safety requirements • Assist with the unloading of deliveries and their proper storage • Communicate kitchen needs to supervisors • Manage inventories
