CONTRACT LEAD ENGINEER

1)Develop and review contractual agreements, including terms and conditions, scope of work, pricing structures, and risk assessment, ensuring alignment with legal and regulatory requirements. 2)Lead contract negotiations with clients, vendors, and subcontractors, addressing any contractual issues, discrepancies, or modifications to ensure mutually beneficial and satisfactory agreements. 3)Monitor and enforce contract compliance throughout the project life-cycle, identifying and addressing any contractual risks or breaches in a timely and effective manner. 4)Collaborate with legal, finance, and project management teams to provide contractual guidance and support, ensuring that all contractual obligations are met and upheld. 5)Prepare and maintain accurate documentation of all contract-related correspondence, amendments, and change orders, and ensure that all contractual records are properly archived and accessible for reference. 6)Conduct risk assessments and analysis of potential contractual disputes or claims, and provide recommendations for resolution or mitigation strategies. 7)Participate in the development and implementation of contract management processes, procedures, and best practices, and provide training and guidance to junior contract staff as needed. 8)Maintain accurate records of all contracts, correspondence, and negotiations, and provide regular reports to management on contract status and performance. 9)Prepare comprehensive reports, analyses, and evaluations related to contract performance, and provide recommendations for process improvements and contract optimization.
