Responsible for implementation of comprehensive training programs that align with organizational goals and individual employee development plans. Conduct TNA to identify skill gaps and training requirements by collaborating with department heads Coordination and managing training registrations, accommodation and transportation bookings, arrangements of food and beverages, cleaning and preparation of training room, and providing necessary assistance to trainers. Develop and implement internal audit frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with HR regulations, company policies, and industry standards. Plan and execute internal audits to assess HR processes, data integrity, and adherence to regulatory requirements. Coordinate and collaborate with external audit teams during compliance audits. Identify areas of improvement based on audit findings and develop action plans to address any identified gaps. Stay current with HR laws, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance. Develop and update HR policies, procedures, and guidelines. Support ad-hoc requests within team and external stakeholders within the Company as and when required.
