About us Eng IBS Manufacturing Sdn. Bhd. is a leading steel processing company in Malaysia, specializing in the supply of high-quality core building materials for Industrialized Building Systems (IBS). Tasks & responsibilities 1. Measure product dimensions according to the drawing. 2. Conduct visual and mechanical inspections of products at various stages of production to ensure adherence to quality specifications and standards. 3. Perform the product straightening process to ensure the diagonal matches the drawing. 4. Inspect the final product and perform any necessary rework. 5. Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests and quality findings. 6. Prepare and submit quality control reports to superior. 7. Undertake any other responsibility which may be assigned from time to time by superior. Qualifications & experience 1. Minimum SPM or equivalent with 1 year working experience. 2. Previous experience in a quality control or assurance role, is a plus. 3. Strong ability to spot defects or non-conformances in products. 4. Knowledge of computer is preferred. 5. Good eyesight.
