Job Description Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocations for agricultural infrastructure projects. Resolve technical issues encountered during project execution. Design and oversee the construction of farm infrastructure, including irrigation systems, drainage systems, greenhouses, storage facilities, and other farm buildings. Provide technical expertise on the installation, operation, and maintenance of farm equipment and systems (e.g., irrigation, water management, and machinery). Identify opportunities for enhancing project efficiency and implementing improvements. Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field. Minimum 3 years of working experience in related field. Proven experience in project management and agricultural infrastructure development. Candidate must have knowledge and experience in Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) Strong understanding of irrigation systems, farm equipment, and agricultural processes. Proficiency in engineering design software (e.g., AutoCAD).
