Job Summary: The Resort Head of Engineering is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the engineering department within a resort facility. This leadership role involves managing a team of engineers and technicians to ensure the smooth operation, maintenance, and improvement of all engineering systems and infrastructure within the resort. Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions for engineering staff. Budget Management: Develop and manage the engineering department budget. Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiencies without compromising quality and safety. Project Management: Oversee engineering projects from conception to completion. Collaborate with other departments to plan and execute renovations, upgrades, and new construction projects.
