Your Key Responsibilities: 1. Oversee the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates. 2. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and create job descriptions and specifications. 3. Leverage various recruitment channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals to attract top talent. 4. Coordinate and manage candidate interviews, assessments, and offer negotiations. 5. Assist with contract renewal for the employee. 6. Conduct regular surveys and assessments to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement. 7. Plan and organize employee events, team-building activities, and recognition programs. 8. Assist in developing and executing employee training and development programs. 9. Manage new employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a seamless transition for new hires, including providing support and guidance to ensure compliance with all onboarding requirements. 10. Conduct exit interviews, analyze data, and provide recommendations to improve retention. 11. Provide support in HR-related administrative tasks as needed. Education & Experience: · Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. · Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition. · At least 2 years of experience in a related field. · Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. · Ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and employees. · Experience in developing and implementing employee engagement activities. · Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and compliance requirements. · Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. · Proficiency in MS Office. · Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms.
