Technical Advisor

• To promote excellence in HSE management across all levels of offshore activity. • To facilitate the creation and delivery of the HSE plan and targets. • To provide support, coaching, specialist expertise and advice to the frontline supervisors and workforce. • To promote compliance with safe working practice and use and development of the management system, particularly work management. • To aid in the development of a positive safety culture through promotion of the Safety Rules and acting as a behavioral role model. • To facilitate offshore input to the process safety dashboard and KPI’s. • To facilitate and supervision of offshore aspects the internal audit program and Verification and Validation (V&V) program . • To review work control documents and permits for accuracy and conformity. • To manage the offshore Compliance monitoring program. • To facilitate and supervise implementation of the Incident Reporting and Investigation procedure, ensuring the outcomes : o Risk-ranked for Actual and Potential consequences o Correctly identify root causes o Have SMART actions to prevent re-occurrence o Are closed including supporting information o Actions are correctly followed-up promoting zero overdue actions • Any other reasonable duties as per instruction by Supervisor or Manager.
