Key Responsibilities: Sales: • Lead Generation: Identify and target potential customers through market research, networking, and prospecting activities. • Sales Presentations: Present products and services to clients, effectively communicating value propositions. • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients. • Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs as established by the company. • Negotiations & Closures: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to close deals. • Customer Feedback: Gather feedback from clients to understand their needs and refine sales strategies. Provide regular reports to management. Key Requirements: • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. • Experience: 3 years above of experience in sales, marketing, or a related role. Experience in Digital industry is a plus. • Skills: • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEM tools, social media platforms). • Ability to develop creative marketing content and strategies. • Strong analytical skills to evaluate sales and marketing performance. • Negotiation and closing skills. • Personal Attributes: • Self-motivated with a proactive attitude. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • Team player with a collaborative approach to achieving company goals. • Adaptable and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.
