Sales & Marketing Junior Executive

Job Description: As a Sales & Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in promoting our brand, driving sales, and creating marketing strategies to expand our customer base. You will be responsible for managing and executing marketing campaigns, generating leads, and fostering relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve company goals. - Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients. - Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients. - Create compelling sales presentations, proposals, and marketing materials. - Coordinate and execute digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and SEO. - Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed. - Prepare regular reports on sales performance and marketing effectiveness. - Collaborate with the sales team to identify and target potential leads. - Represent the company at trade shows, events, and client meetings. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. - Minimum of years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in transport & logistic industry. - Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Social Media, SEO). - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. - A proactive and results-driven approach.
