1. Assist in recruitment process, compensation & benefits, payroll processing, performance management, training & development, HR policy & Procedures, employee relations, industrial relations and other HR administration. 2. To keep and maintain an up-to-date HR database, including each employee’s personal file, salary movement, letters etc. 3. Assist in liaise with all relevant government parties and ensuring compliance to all statutory requirements pertaining to human relations such as EPF, SOCSO, IRB, immigration matters and etc. 4. Procurement - Assist in purchase office equipment, liaise with printing provider for business card printing, letterhead, company rubber stamp etc, source for suppliers & price comparison 5. Document control - keep record on important documents (tenancy agreement; service agreement & etc.) 6. To provide administrative support including drafting correspondences and internal communications messages for Admin & HR Department. 7. Assist in payment preparation function and related financial work. 8. Coordinate and communicate with the superintending office for relevant job. 9. To undertake any other ad hoc assignment which may be given from time to time.
