Job Description 1. Team Leadership & Management: • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 6 sales representatives. • Set clear performance goals and ensure team members are equipped to meet or exceed targets. • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback. • Organize team meetings to discuss goals, challenges, and performance metrics. 2. Sales Strategy & Growth: • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets for the construction materials division. • Identify new market opportunities, potential clients, and expand the company’s client base. • Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge. 3. Client Relationship Management: • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the construction industry. • Work closely with project managers, architects, and contractors to understand their material needs and provide appropriate solutions. • Address client concerns and resolve issues to maintain high customer satisfaction. 4. Sales Reporting & Data Analysis: • Utilize SQL software to analyze sales data, customer trends, and market conditions to generate reports and insights. • Track and report sales performance and KPIs for both the team and individual sales reps. • Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies. • Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management, highlighting performance, challenges, and opportunities. 5. Collaboration with Other Departments: • Work closely with the procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products to clients. • Coordinate with the marketing team to support sales initiatives and product promotions. • Assist with the training and onboarding of new sales team members. Job Requirements 1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, Engineering or a related field. 2. 3-5 years of experience as a Sales Manager, with a proven track record of leading successful sales teams and meeting revenue targets. 3. Experience in the construction materials industry is preferred, but not required. 4. Proficiency in SQL software to analyze sales data and generate insights. 5. Strong understanding of construction materials, industry trends, and customer needs. 6. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 7. Ability to analyze sales data and market conditions to make informed decisions. 8. Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. 9. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 10. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 11. Able to start work immediately or with short notice is preferred. 12.
