SENIOR TEXTILE PRINTING MANAGER

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 1) Experience in TEXTILE PRINTING MANAGEMENT field is COMPULSORY. 2) Oversee overall production performance to meet operational targets and objectives. 3) Ensure quality control in accordance with customer requirements. 4) Manage manpower within the printing department. 5) Oversee work-in progress and finished goods inventory in the printing department. 6) Lead, coach, and motivate subordinates in the printing department to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to contribute effectively to the company's goals and objectives. 7) Resolve production issues and work on continuous improvement for production lines to increase productivity and reduce rejections. 8) Ensure all production employees adhere to company rules and regulations. 9) Undertake any relevant job responsibilities assigned by management. 10) Collaborate closely with the Planning Department on printing plans. 11) Ensure timely submission of samples. 12) Implement cost-saving measures. 13) Manage inventory effectively. JOB DUTIES: 1) Arrange productions schedule, check print colors and effects, and ensure they match approved specifications. 2) Monitor chemical and pigment consumption and manage store control. 3) Prepare daily machine-wise targets and actual achievements for scorecards. 4) Prepare report as required by Production Manager. 5) Submit Printing schedules one week in advance. 6) Reduce replacements and printing losses. 7) Track online delivery of strike-offs and bulk dialogues. 8) Monitor manpower cost. 9) Maximize the implementation of 6S within the departments.
