- Craft a diverse range of traditional Danish breads and pastries.
- Maintain the highest standards of quality and consistency across all products.• Recipe Innovation & Development:
- Develop new recipes and refine existing ones to enhance product offerings, while preserving the authenticity of Danish baking traditions.
- Implement and oversee quality control processes to ensure that all products meet the company’s standards for taste, texture, and presentation.
- Manage ingredient inventory, ensuring optimal freshness and availability of all necessary supplies.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior bakers and kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and educational work environment.
- Work closely with the product development and management teams to introduce new and seasonal products, aligning with market trends and customer preferences.
- Adhere to and enforce all hygiene and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen workspace.
Qualifications
- Language(s) required: Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Candidates must possess at least Diploma.
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Bread or Cakes and Pastries.
Creativity
- Ability to innovate and adapt traditional recipes to meet contemporary tastes.
Leadership
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and inspire a team.
