  • Develop new recipes and refine existing ones to enhance product offerings, while preserving the authenticity of Danish baking traditions.
Quality Assurance
  • Implement and oversee quality control processes to ensure that all products meet the company’s standards for taste, texture, and presentation.
Inventory & Ingredient Management
  • Manage ingredient inventory, ensuring optimal freshness and availability of all necessary supplies.
Team Leadership & Training
  • Provide training and mentorship to junior bakers and kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and educational work environment.
Collaboration
  • Work closely with the product development and management teams to introduce new and seasonal products, aligning with market trends and customer preferences.
Hygiene & Safety Compliance
  • Adhere to and enforce all hygiene and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen workspace.

Qualifications

  • Language(s) required: Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Candidates must possess at least Diploma.

Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Bread or Cakes and Pastries.

Creativity

  • Ability to innovate and adapt traditional recipes to meet contemporary tastes.

Leadership

  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and inspire a team.
