RESPONSIBILITIES • Manage the plant's electrical system including high-voltage, low-voltage systems, and other related electrical equipment. • Manage control programs for the equipment and line control. Troubleshooting controlling program and related problems. • Management of equipment (electrical parts) of the plant. Including repair, replacement, and maintenance. • Take on the leading role of a small team, plan the management, and guide the work for members to complete maintenance on schedule, safely, and professionally. • Contact the supplier to discuss related issues such as equipment failures, program control, and spare parts, combine with the supplier's engineers, and supervise them during installation, maintenance, and reporting to the engineering manager. • Make modifications to the control program for the equipment, improving the equipment's performance in safety and efficiency. • Be responsible for ensuring equipment is in good condition to function reliably, efficiently, and safely. • Planning periodic maintenance and preventive maintenance of electrical equipment. • Daily, weekly, and monthly check the machinery according to the checklist and promptly fix the problem to ensure that the machine is in good condition. • Make operating manual procedures and electrical safety principles for operators. • Responsible for machine overhaul planning (yearly maintenance), people arrangement, preparing spare parts, and reporting to the Engineering Manager for approval and implementation. • Always monitor the operating status of the machinery undercharge, and be ready to give troubleshooting instructions, or go to the factory to handle it as quickly as possible. • Participate in technology improvement projects, and expansion projects if any. • Make to purchase the plant and management electric spare parts. • Repair electrical equipment and make maintenance records for each device. • Follow the leadership of the Technical Director and take responsibility for electrical problems to the Plant Technical Director. REQUIREMENTS • Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Electrical Automation, or equivalent. • Have 2 years or more of experience in the electrical industry or participate in the design, and complete installation of a few power projects. • If the candidate has 3 years of can-making manufacturing experience, higher salary remuneration will be offered. • Excellent leadership quality, a strong spirit of teamwork and initiative. Strong interpersonal communication skills and positive interaction with cross-function team members. • Understand the principle and maintenance of transformers, motors, motor control circuits, PLC settings, Inverter settings, and industrial information transmission. • Understand sensors, measuring equipment, and how to install and connect between systems. • Knowledge using ERP, SPC, and OA will be an added advantage. • Willing to shift rotating.
