Vehicle Pick-Up and Delivery: Pick up clients’ vehicles from their locations (e.g., homes or offices) and deliver them to the workshop. Safely return vehicles to clients after service or repair. General Workshop Assistance: Assist in basic workshop operations such as vehicle washing, cleaning, and preparing vehicles for delivery. Organize and maintain tools, equipment, and the workshop area. Customer Service: Interact courteously with clients during pick-up and delivery. Ensure proper documentation, such as signing off on pick-up or delivery receipts. Vehicle Inspection: Perform a basic vehicle inspection during pick-up (e.g., checking for scratches, dents, fuel level). Report any vehicle issues or concerns to the workshop manager. Ad Hoc Duties: Run errands or purchase supplies required for the workshop. Assist in logistics tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
