Job Responsibilities for Personal Driver1. Preparation Before Travel- Check Waze or Google Maps for the latest traffic updates before departing to avoid delays.
- Ensure the vehicle is washed and clean every morning before leaving for the destination (clock in) and after returning to HQ (clock out).
2. While Waiting- Assist in managing parking spaces and traffic flow in parking areas.
- Always maintain proper etiquette and demonstrate professionalism while working.
- Any requests from the employer while waiting must first be reported for approval.
3. Professional Conduct- Avoid using your phone for personal matters during working hours.
- Greet the employer politely every day (e.g., "Good morning, boss").
- Inform the employer of the estimated departure and arrival times at the destination.
- Respect the employer's privacy by refraining from asking personal questions or discussing sensitive company information.
4. Vehicle Usage and Safety- Properly turn off the engine and ensure all controls (e.g., air conditioning, lights) are switched off before leaving the vehicle.
- Always use signals when turning or changing lanes for safety.
- Seek the employer's permissionif required to exceed 120 km/h or change the route.
