IT TECHNICIAN - JB , SKUDAI

Perform daily diagnostic checks and repairs on customer computer hardware, including desktops, laptops, and peripherals. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues efficiently and effectively. Replace faulty components such as RAM, SSDs, motherboards, and other computer hardware parts. Provide technical support and advice to customers regarding hardware upgrades and maintenance. Maintain detailed records of repairs and service reports in the company system. Collaborate with the team to ensure high customer satisfaction and timely completion of tasks. Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of experience in computer hardware and software troubleshooting. Strong knowledge of PC hardware components, installation, and maintenance. Ability to diagnose technical problems systematically and offer practical solutions. Good communication and interpersonal skills to handle customers professionally. Willing to work on-site and in a team-oriented environment. Candidates willing to relocate to Johor Bahru or nearby areas are encouraged to apply.
