Job description JSK JPOD - the LARGEST Capsule Hotel in Asia which cater for, amongst other hotel activities, accommodation, F&B, vending machine, and other capsule hotel centered activities, we are currently looking for experienced and dedicated individuals with the "CAN DO" attitude to join our family. Do visit us at www.jsk.my or www.jpod.my This position is based in Sadong Jaya, Kota Kinabalu. Responsibilities:- Reports to the Director of F&B Manager. Responsible to manage the Cafe, and day-to-day F&B outlet operations within authorized guidelines and to Company established standards. Responsible to propose outlet menus, F&B service-related purchases and continuously make necessary improvements. Responsible to create and enforce outlet policies, targets, and KPIs. Responsible to maintain positive customer relationships, processing complaints, and respond to customer needs. Responsible to establish targets, KPI’s, duty rosters, schedules, policies, and procedures. Responsible to comply with all food, beverage, health, and safety regulations Forecasting, planning, sourcing, and ordering supplies for the restaurant / beverages for the bar. Building positive relationships with food and beverage vendors. Hiring, training, and managing outlet food and beverage service & bar staff. Keeping up to date with industry trends. Requirements:- A certificate, diploma, or degree in Food & Beverage Management / Bar Management is a prerequisite. 5 years of experience in the hospitality/food & beverage industry, emphasizing in service management. Must be able to communicate (read and write) in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Knowledge of Mandarin is an added advantage.
