Production Engineer Planner (RM11,000-RM12,000)

Responsibilities: Plan, schedule, forecast and monitor inventory situation, production/store schedule and other requirements for effective inventory of raw materials and ensure smooth supply as planned. To ensure sufficient stock and inventory are available prior to production. To set production schedule goals and resolve conflicting priorities through effective planning. Finding ways to improve productivity and reduce costs. Using market forecasts and competitive analysis to anticipate necessary production changes. Plan inventory management processes to avoid shortages and excesses. Maintain reports for production/store planning activities and sequences. Coordinate for smooth running, monitor and keep sufficient stock level to support production requirement. Requirements: Degree in Engineering (supply chain, manufacturing, engineering, or another related field.) 2 to 5 years of working experience in a manufacturing or processing plant. Knowledge of SAP is an advantage. Analytical, meticulous for detail and independent Experience in production planning & control / forecasting / inventory management.
