OPERATION STAFF (LOGISTICS)

Key Responsibilities: ESG Implementation and Compliance: Develop and implement ESG initiatives within the operations framework to align with company sustainability goals. Ensure adherence to environmental, social, and governance standards in daily logistics operations. Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and update periodic ESG reports, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and sustainability metrics. Maintain detailed records of ESG-related initiatives, audits, and compliance activities. Truck and Shipment Monitoring: Oversee and ensure smooth arrangements for all truck and shipment schedules, optimizing routes for efficiency and sustainability. Monitor vehicle conditions, maintenance schedules, and compliance with safety and environmental standards. Coordinate with drivers and logistics teams to address any issues that may disrupt operations. Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with ESG objectives. Provide training and updates to employees on ESG practices and operational compliance. Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in operations that support ESG objectives, such as reducing carbon emissions and energy consumption. Propose innovative strategies to enhance the company’s sustainability efforts. Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Environmental Science, Sustainability, or a related field. Prior experience in logistics, operations, or ESG initiatives is an advantage. Strong organizational and reporting skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and coordination abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant logistics or sustainability tools. Key Skills: Knowledge of ESG standards and reporting frameworks. Operational and logistical planning expertise.
