Account Manager

Job Description: • Prepare, monitor & review accounts for retail companies and ensure all final accounts are submitted for audit before end of Feb of the following year. • To review monthly management accounts, identify issues and advise to ensure accurate accounting, cash flow management and tax computation for a company or a group of companies. • To compile and prepare cash flow projections to achieve a clear understanding on the cash flow position of the company to ensure that the company’s commitments are met. • To review auditor's report and to minimize number of audit adjustment. • To ensure completion of Development Expenditure Elimination in a timely manner in preparation for audit. • To prepare accurate tax estimation to avoid penalties and minimize over estimation, subsequently to submit tax returns. • To prepare loan papers and assist with related issues and loan documentations. • To review, administer and propose guidelines, best practices, SOPs and related legislation to ensure compliance as well as effectiveness. • To manage, appraise and develop the staff to cultivate a productive and effective Finance team. • To manage and supervise executives and talents to ensure readiness of talent for succession and to maintain a leadership pipeline • To coordinate, cooperate account team to achieve timely completion of operational tasks. • Make sure all data are completely recorded in ERP WF Systems correct and follows MPERS accounting standards and procedures every day. • Make certain all financial reporting deadlines are met . • To coordinate with external auditors, tax consultant and company secretary in relation to audit, tax and company secretarial issues. • Provide the document to financial institutions to secure financing facilities when needed. • Ensure compliance with relevant laws & regulations and integrity of financial data. • Other duties assigned by Finance Manager & Managing Director. We are looking for: • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Degree/ Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting, professional accountancy qualification – ACCA/MICPA/CIMA or equivalent; • Salary pay base on experience. • At least Minimum 5-7 years working experience in accounting preferable in RETAIL industry. • Experienced in full set of accounts process and able to meet tight deadlines. • Willing to work 6 days a week • Full-Time position(s) available • Proficiency in accounting software (especially in ERP), SQL and MS Office applications.
