Job Description : • Maintain all companies rental data such as rental rate, term of agreement and prepare payment for landlord on timely basis • Key-in invoices into system for expenses items including utilities, salary payable, incentive and other payroll related • Maintain all companies hire purchase data such as instalment amount schedule from time to time • Record hire purchase interest in ERP system and prepare monthly payment to hire purchase creditors • Maintain yearly insurance renewal for H-Lai Group of Companies • Prepare commission payment to Insurance • Maintain Leasing Schedule, record leasing interest in ERP system & prepare monthly payment • Pay utilities bill such as Tenaga Nasional Berhad, Telekom Malaysia Berhad, Syarikat Air Terengganu Sdn Bhd, Digi Telecommunications and Celcom Malaysia Sdn Bhd for companies before the due date • Prepare monthly salary reconciliation to ensure the data is updated in system is complete & accurate • Prepare Tax Invoice for inter-company sharing expenses ( Non-Trade) on monthly basis • Prepare inter-company reconciliation (Non-Trade) on quarterly basis • Liaising with supplier for any inquiries and respond at all times • Prepare and post General Journal entries such as prepayment, accrual and provision • Maintain the General Ledger in a complete, accurate & timely manner • Maintain office equipment including fax machine, printer & photocopier machine • Prepare company insurance report, utility report, hire purchase report and so forth from time to time • Submit monthly accounting report to Accounts Manager before/by the deadline given.i.e 5th & 10th every month • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by immediate superiors Requirements: - Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent. - Required skill(s): erp software, MS Excel, MS Office. - Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English - Possess strong analytical & mathematical skills, sense of urgency, positive working attitude & display a lot of initiative. - Applicants must be willing to work in KUALA TERENGGANU.
