Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and manage relationships with the Group’s investors and analysts to maintain ongoing communication and trust.
- Develop and implement investor relations programs that align with the Group’s overall strategy and vision.
- Communicate the company’s strategic plans clearly and effectively to enhance investor appreciation and understanding.
- Oversee the production and distribution of key investor-related materials, including quarterly briefings, AGM reports, and annual reports.
- Track shareholdings, share price movements, and provide monthly updates to the Board and Management.
- Monitor market consensus, rating recommendations, and target prices to keep stakeholders informed.
- Conduct market research and benchmarking to keep track of industry performance trends.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure the Group’s investor relations webpage, social media channels, and digital marketing initiatives are updated and engaging.
- Support various ad-hoc projects, bringing creativity and agility to the dynamic needs of the business.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in investor relations or a related role.
- Experience drafting financial documents for investors, gained through working for a listed company, sell-side team, or financial PR firm.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for explaining complex financial information clearly.
- Keen interest in corporate developments, financial markets, and economic news.
- Deep understanding of handling price-sensitive information and regulatory compliance.
