- Perform day to day administrative work.
- Handle daily accounting records and assist in bookkeeping records.
- Assist in accounting matters - Issuing and processing invoices / Updating collection and payment.
- Handle clerical duties such as preparing and filing documents.
- Responsible for office maintenance and supplies.
- Provide administrative support to the operation team.
- Assist in coordinates Human Resources activities to support organisational goals and strategies.
- Assist in planning and organising the recruitment programs such as booth and roadshows in colleges.
- Other ad-hoc tasks assigned from time to time.
- Ensure all duties are performed according to established guidelines and timelines.
- Language required (Written & Spoken) : English & Mandarin.
- Preferably, at least 2 years (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Fresh graduates also are encouraged to apply. (Interns are welcome).
- Candidate must possess at least SPM or Diploma level.
- Prior experience in administrative work is preferred.
- Computer-literate and proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
- Able to work independently and seek assistance as needed.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Fast learner with good communication and interpersonal skill.
