  • Perform day to day administrative work.
  • Handle daily accounting records and assist in bookkeeping records.
  • Assist in accounting matters - Issuing and processing invoices / Updating collection and payment.
  • Handle clerical duties such as preparing and filing documents.
  • Responsible for office maintenance and supplies.
  • ⁠Provide administrative support to the operation team.
  • Assist in coordinates Human Resources activities to support organisational goals and strategies.
  • Assist in planning and organising the recruitment programs such as booth and roadshows in colleges.
  • Other ad-hoc tasks assigned from time to time.
  • ⁠Ensure all duties are performed according to established guidelines and timelines.
  • Language required (Written & Spoken) : English & Mandarin.
  • Preferably, at least 2 years (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Fresh graduates also are encouraged to apply. (Interns are welcome).
  • ⁠Candidate must possess at least SPM or Diploma level.
  • Prior experience in administrative work is preferred.
  • ⁠Computer-literate and proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
  • Able to work independently and seek assistance as needed.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • ⁠Fast learner with good communication and interpersonal skill.
  • Office based in PJ.
