Job Responsibilities

• Hourly Checks: Inspect products every hour to make sure they are good quality.
• Measure Parts: Measure and record sizes of moulded items, like: height of the neck, inside diameter of the neck, thread height, height of the bottle, test for spouts or plugs, drop and leakage test
• Note Defects: Write down any problems found during shifts and tell the production team to fix them.
• Report Issues: Create reports for serious problems with products that need to be fixed or thrown away.
• Check Components: Prepare and inspect incoming and outgoing plastic parts according to drawings.
• Prepare Reports: Organize and keep track of quality control reports.
• Read Blueprints: Understand and follow blueprints and specifications.
• Test Materials: Inspect and test products being made.
• Accept or Reject Items: Decide if finished items meet quality standards.
• Maintain Tools: Make sure measuring tools are working and properly calibrated
• Record Results: Write down inspection results and enter data into records
• Follow Safety Rules: Keep a safe work environment by following safety rules and regulations.

• Report Problems: Tell the Quality Engineer/Manager about any quality issues.
• Other Tasks: Do any other tasks given by managers or supervisors.

Job Requirements

• No Experience Needed
• SPM or Equivalent
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
