  • Engaging leads on call or WhatsApp chat to prospect, qualify and acquire customers / accounts.
  • Cultivate exceptional relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact.
  • Identify target accounts and hirer's needs, propose solutions and devise strategies to overcome competitive obstacles.
  • Support company new product rollout / adoptions by proactively engaging, communicating and implementing the rollout/ adoption to all the hirers.
  • Accurately forecast, track progress, and close sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay up to date on advertising and HR industry trends and best practices.
  • Other duties expected include proper sales reporting, achieving monthly and sales targets.
  • Demonstrated experience / proficiency in managing customer accounts & sales.
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience preferably in human resources or advertising or banking or other sectors as per title mentioned are required.
  • Essential to have good communication in English coupled with strong negotiation skills.
  • Know how to craft quality proposals and confidently present them to hirers.
