Job Description: • Handle all accounting functions such as, issuing invoice to customer, record supplier invoice, issue payment to supplier, update all receipts and payments, bank reconciliation and other related functions • Prepare quotation, purchase request, purchase order • Manage back-end office administration, operation cum expenses • Support with HR attendance list & assist in prepare company's staff claim • Handling the administration task such as incoming & outgoing email, arranging courier, office maintenance and replenishment arrangement • Responsible for company license & permit (new application, renewal, additional code & etc) • Responsible to maintain good filing system & proper documentation Requirements: • Minimum Diploma in Accounting or similar field. • At least 1 year of experience in the related field for the position. • Good multi-tasking skills with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Preferable Junior Executives specializing in accounting, task arrangement and administrative or equivalent. • Able to work under minimal supervision, self-discipline, independent, and /or tight deadline while multitasking. • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. • Proficient in Microsoft Office / Knowledge in Xero accounting will be an advantage. • A person who has passion in what he/she does and have a continuous learning mindset. • Able to adapt in a fast-moving environment and flexible to change • Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
