- Handles several full sets of accounts (AP, AR, GL & Reporting), including reconciliations and preparation of schedules of Singapore companies
- Assist in timely year end closing accounts.
- Assist in preparation of compilation of financial statements and management accounts for clients
- Prepare quarterly GST report for clients
- Handle customers’ queries via email &/or phone calls
- Monitor customer’s accounts and queries reply
- Prepare tax schedules and simple income tax computations follow Singapore tax principles.
- Other ad hoc duties assigned by the Company
- Minimum 3-4 year experience in accounting roles
- Experience in Singapore Accounting/Audit firm is preferred
- Minimum Diploma/Degree/ACCA in Accounting or equivalent
- Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word, and accounting software
- Good communication, organizational and interpersonal skills to coordinate with all levels and positive working attitude
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task and meet tight deadlines
- Fluent in spoken and writing English to deal with Chinese and Singapore local clients
