Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:
- Lead the recruitment process for senior, strategic, and specialized positions.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.

- Address performance issues and implement strategies to improve individual and team performance.
- HR Policies and Compliance:
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are up-to-date, compliant with local labor laws, and align with company goals.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Advise management and staff on HR policies, legal regulations, and best practices.
- HR Administration and Payroll:
- Oversee day-to-day HR administrative functions, including employee records, leave management, and documentation.
- Ensure accurate payroll processing, benefits administration, and timely resolution of payroll issues.
- Manage employee attendance records, including leave requests and absenteeism.
- HR Reporting and Analytics:
- Provide regular HR reports on key metrics such as turnover rates, recruitment progress, training effectiveness, and employee engagement.
- Analyze data to identify trends and offer insights that support decision-making.
- Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with overall business objectives.
- Employee Benefits and Compensation:
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Review and ensure competitive compensation structures and recommend adjustments based on market trends.
- Assist in the management of incentive programs to drive performance and reward high achievers.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, CIPD) are a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in HR, with at least 2-3 years in a senior or managerial role.
