  • HR Reporting and Analytics:
  • Provide regular HR reports on key metrics such as turnover rates, recruitment progress, training effectiveness, and employee engagement.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and offer insights that support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Employee Benefits and Compensation:
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
  • Review and ensure competitive compensation structures and recommend adjustments based on market trends.
  • Assist in the management of incentive programs to drive performance and reward high achievers.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, CIPD) are a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in HR, with at least 2-3 years in a senior or managerial role.
